This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which Forex 24 will issue refunds for paid subscriptions and one-time payments.
Summary: We offer a 7-day refund window for new paid subscriptions if you are not satisfied. Refund requests after this period are considered case by case. Contact support@forex24.net for all refund requests.
Forex 24 offers a 7-day refund period for new paid subscriptions. If you have subscribed to a paid plan for the first time and are unsatisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial payment date.
To request a refund within this window, email support@forex24.net from the email address associated with your account, including your account email and the date of your subscription. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
The 7-day refund window applies to the first subscription payment only. Subsequent recurring charges are not eligible for refund under this clause.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring basis at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before renewal if you do not wish to continue.
Renewal charges are not automatically refundable. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, please contact us within 48 hours of the charge at support@forex24.net and we will review the request on a case-by-case basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not immediately remove access — your paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the unused portion of the current billing period unless you are within the initial 7-day refund window described above.
