General5

Forex 24 is an AI-powered trading intelligence platform that brings together the tools serious traders need in one place. It includes a trading journal, AI chart analysis, a risk calculator, setup intelligence, macro news tracking, and backtesting — all connected so each part feeds into the next part of your workflow.

It is not a broker and it does not place trades for you. It is designed to make you a sharper, more structured trader by giving you better tools for analysis, planning, and review.

Forex 24 is built for traders at multiple levels. If you are just starting out and trying to build good habits, the Free plan gives you a solid foundation. If you are trading daily and want AI in your corner, Pro and Premium give you the depth to improve consistently. If you are a high-volume or prop firm trader who needs zero limits, Exclusive is the right tier.

The platform was designed to grow with you — not to overwhelm beginners or cap experienced traders.

No. In fact, the platform is arguably more valuable if you are not yet consistently profitable, because that is exactly when structured journaling, proper risk sizing, and AI-assisted review have the most impact.

Many traders lose money not because of bad strategy but because of poor execution, inconsistent risk management, and no review process. Forex 24 is designed to fix that.

No. Forex 24 is a trading intelligence and workflow platform, not an auto-execution engine. It does not connect to your broker and does not place, modify, or close trades on your behalf.

What it does is help you make better decisions before you enter a trade, manage risk correctly when you size your position, and learn from every trade after the fact.

The full platform includes:

  • AI Chart Vision — upload a chart and get AI analysis of structure, trend, key levels, and directional bias
  • Macro News Terminal — track high-impact economic events and central bank signals
  • Setup Intelligence — structured AI review of your trade setups
  • Risk Calculator — position sizing, lot size, and risk-reward calculation
  • Trading Journal — log trades, track behavior patterns, and review performance
  • Backtesting tools — test strategies against historical data
  • Dashboard — your trading hub with usage stats and platform navigation

Access to each tool depends on your plan tier.

Account & Access5

Go to the signup page, enter your email address and a password of at least 8 characters, agree to the Terms of Service, and click Create Free Account. That is it — no card required for the Free plan.

Depending on your Supabase configuration, you may receive a confirmation email. Once confirmed, you can log in and access the platform immediately.

Yes, partially. The public pages — homepage, pricing, FAQ, feature demo pages, and platform preview — are all accessible without an account. You can explore the platform and understand what it does before creating an account.

However, the live tools (dashboard, journal, calculator, AI chart analysis) require a signed-in account so the platform can apply your plan limits and save your data correctly.

Dashboard access is gated by plan tier. Free users see a preview version of the dashboard. Pro users get extended access. Premium users get full access. Exclusive users get everything.

If your dashboard looks restricted, check your current plan on the dashboard or upgrade page. If you recently upgraded and it still looks locked, try refreshing the page — the platform reads your plan from your account profile on each load.

After a successful login you are redirected to the dashboard. From there you can access all the tools your plan allows, check your usage limits, navigate to the journal or calculator, and manage your account settings.

If you were on a specific page before logging in, some links will also smart-route you directly to the live version of that tool rather than the public demo.

Yes, absolutely. The Free plan is a real plan, not just a trial. You can use it indefinitely to get familiar with the platform and build your trading workflow. When you want more AI actions, more daily trade logs, or access to behavior analysis and deeper tools, you can upgrade from the pricing page at any time.

Your existing journal entries and data are preserved when you upgrade.

Plans & Billing8

There are four plans: Free ($0), Pro ($25/mo), Premium ($60/mo), and Exclusive ($100/mo). Each tier unlocks more AI actions, more daily trade logs, and deeper platform features. See the pricing page for a full feature comparison.

Monthly billing charges you each month at the standard rate. Yearly billing charges you upfront for 12 months at a 10% discount — so Pro drops from $25 to ~$22/mo, Premium from $60 to ~$54/mo, and Exclusive from $100 to $90/mo.

If you are committed to improving your trading long-term, yearly billing saves you a meaningful amount over the course of a year.

No. The Free plan is genuinely free with no card required and no trial period. You get access to the platform, 1 trade log per day, the risk calculator, and all the public demo and preview pages indefinitely.

Go to the pricing page and select your plan. You will be taken through the payment and confirmation flow. Once payment is confirmed, your account plan is updated and the new feature limits apply immediately on your next page load.

If a payment fails, your plan will not be upgraded or renewed and you will remain on your current tier. If you need help resolving a payment issue, contact support via the contact page and we can assist you manually.

Yes. Contact support via the contact page and we can process a downgrade for you. Your data is preserved when you move to a lower tier, but your usage limits will be adjusted to match the new plan from the next billing cycle.

Yes. See the full Refund Policy for details. If you have a specific issue with a charge, reach out via the contact page and we will review it.

A simple guide: Free if you want to explore the platform risk-free. Pro if you trade daily and want AI tools but are not yet going all-in. Premium if you are serious about improvement and want behavior analysis, 50 AI actions, and full platform access — this is the most popular tier for active traders. Exclusive if you are a high-volume or prop firm trader and need unlimited everything.

AI Tools6

The platform has several AI-powered features: AI Chart Vision analyzes uploaded charts for market structure, trend, key levels, and directional bias. Setup Intelligence reviews your trade setups for quality and alignment with your plan. AI Backtesting helps you test and evaluate strategies. Behavior Analysis (Premium+) tracks patterns in your trading psychology and execution.

An AI action is counted each time you use an AI-powered feature — for example, submitting a chart for analysis, running a setup review, or triggering a backtest. Each of these consumes one action from your monthly allowance.

Pro: 10/month. Premium: 50/month. Exclusive: unlimited. Free: 0 (demo only).

When your monthly AI action limit is reached, AI features will show a usage-limit message rather than processing your request. Your non-AI tools (journal, calculator, dashboard) remain fully available. Your AI actions reset at the start of your next billing month, or you can upgrade your plan to get more immediately.

Free users can access demo versions of AI features to see how they work, but cannot submit real analysis requests. Live AI features require Pro or above. Behavior analysis specifically requires Premium or Exclusive. The more advanced the AI workflow, the higher the tier required.

No, and it should not. The AI tools are designed to assist your thinking, not replace it. AI Chart Vision gives you a structured second opinion on a chart. Setup Intelligence flags potential alignment issues. But the final decision on every trade is always yours.

Good traders use AI as a tool to sharpen their process, not as a signal to follow blindly.

AI actions reset at the start of each billing cycle — i.e. on the anniversary of your subscription date each month. So if you subscribed on the 10th, your actions reset on the 10th of each following month. If you upgrade mid-month, your new limit applies immediately.

Trading Journal5

The trading journal is where you log every trade you take — entry, exit, setup, result, and your emotional state at the time. Over time it builds a record of your trading behavior that you can review to find patterns, spot recurring mistakes, and measure genuine improvement.

Most traders who struggle are not failing because of strategy. They are failing because they have no honest record of what they actually do versus what they think they do. The journal closes that gap.

Yes. Free: 1 log/day. Pro: 5 logs/day. Premium: 20 logs/day. Exclusive: unlimited. Daily limits reset at midnight UTC. If you are hitting your limit regularly, it is a clear sign to upgrade to the next tier.

You have reached your daily trade log limit for your current plan. The limit resets at midnight UTC. If this is a regular occurrence, consider upgrading — a trader hitting 5 trades per day consistently is clearly ready for Premium or Exclusive.

Yes, that is one of its core purposes. Once you have a meaningful number of trades logged, the journal surfaces patterns in your performance — which pairs you perform best on, which session times are most consistent, what emotional states correlate with winning or losing trades, and how your win rate and average R/R evolve over time.

Behavior analysis (Premium+) takes this further with AI-assisted pattern detection.

Yes. Free users can log 1 trade per day. It is limited but it is real — you can still build the habit of journaling even on the Free tier. When you are ready to log more trades and unlock behavior analysis, upgrading to Pro or Premium gives you significantly more capacity.

Risk Calculator5

The risk calculator helps you calculate the correct position size for any trade based on your account balance, the percentage of capital you want to risk, your entry price, and your stop loss level. It also shows you the potential reward based on your take profit target, so you can confirm the risk-reward ratio before entering.

This prevents one of the most common ways traders blow accounts — sizing positions too large relative to their actual risk tolerance.

Because position sizing is one of the most controllable variables in trading, and most losing traders ignore it. A good strategy with bad sizing will still lose money over time. Running the calculator before each trade takes under 30 seconds and guarantees you never accidentally risk 10% of your account on a single position because you eyeballed the lot size.

Yes. The risk calculator is available on all plans including Free. It is one of the few tools that has no plan restriction because proper risk management should not be a premium feature.

No. The calculator manages how much you risk per trade — it does not predict whether the trade will win or lose. What it does is ensure that when you do lose, you lose the amount you planned to lose and nothing more. Over a large sample of trades, disciplined risk sizing is what keeps losing streaks survivable and winning streaks compounding.

Yes. Many prop firm challenges have strict daily loss limits and maximum drawdown rules. By using the calculator to size every position correctly — keeping risk at 0.5% or 1% per trade for example — you build in a natural buffer against hitting those limits from a single bad trade.

Backtesting5

Backtesting is the process of testing a trading strategy against historical price data to see how it would have performed in the past. It lets you measure win rate, average R/R, drawdown, and consistency across different market conditions before risking real money on a strategy you are not sure about.

Backtesting gives you statistical confidence in a strategy before you commit real capital to it. It also helps you understand how a strategy behaves in ranging markets versus trending markets, which is something most traders do not know about their own approach. It is an essential part of building a real edge rather than trading on gut feel.

Backtesting is an advanced feature that is computationally intensive and requires a meaningful amount of historical data processing. It is available on Pro and above. Free users can view demo versions to understand how it works, but live backtesting requires an active paid plan.

No. A backtest tells you how a strategy performed on historical data, but markets change and past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Backtesting is a starting point, not a finish line. You still need to forward-test in a demo or small live account, and you need to track results over a large enough sample to draw meaningful conclusions.

Traders who have an identifiable, rules-based strategy get the most out of backtesting. If your trading is entirely discretionary and changes based on mood, backtesting is harder to apply. But if you have specific entry criteria, specific stop placement rules, and consistent targets, backtesting is one of the most powerful validation tools available to you.

Platform5

Feature access is determined by your current plan. If a feature shows as locked, it means it is not included in your tier. You can see exactly what each plan includes on the pricing page. Upgrading your plan unlocks the relevant features immediately.

Yes. Your plan limits are account-wide and apply consistently across every page and tool. Whether you access the journal from the dashboard or directly via URL, the same limits apply. The platform reads your plan from your profile on each authenticated request.

Preview (Free) — you can see the dashboard structure but most data and tools are restricted. Extended (Pro) — more tools are active and you have meaningful AI access. Full (Premium) — the complete dashboard with all main features active including behavior analysis. Everything (Exclusive) — zero restrictions across the entire platform.

Daily trade log limits reset at midnight UTC each day. Monthly AI action limits reset on your billing anniversary each month. If you are on a yearly plan, AI actions still reset monthly, not annually.

First, try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R). If the issue persists, log out and log back in — the platform re-reads your plan on each login. If it is still not reflecting correctly after that, contact support via the contact page with your account email and we will resolve it manually.

Security & Data3

Yes. Forex 24 uses Supabase for authentication and data storage, which provides industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit. Your password is never stored in plain text. See the Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.

No. Your journal entries, trade logs, and account data are private to your account. The platform uses row-level security so each user can only read and write their own data. No other user can access your records.

Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway. Forex 24 does not store your card details directly. All payment data is handled by the payment provider under their security and compliance standards. See the Privacy Policy for more.

Support3

Start by doing a hard refresh of the page (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R). If the problem persists, try logging out and back in. If neither works, contact support via the contact page with a description of what you are seeing, your account email, and if possible a screenshot. We will get back to you as quickly as possible.

You can reach the support team via the contact page. Include your account email, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots. We aim to respond to all support requests within 24 hours.

Yes, and we genuinely want to hear from you. The platform is actively developed and real user feedback shapes what gets built next. Use the contact page to send suggestions. If a feature request comes up repeatedly from multiple users, it moves up the priority list.
